Before Brice joined the Tungco family, he spent a decade in college basketball programs as a manager and graduate assistant. It was fast-paced. It demanded versatility. And it taught him something critical: you’ve got to be ready for anything.
“Each day could be something totally new,” Brice reflects. “And that’s very much the case for Tungco. You don’t know what tomorrow brings sometimes. You just got to be ready to react and move at a fast pace.”
That mindset — the ability to pivot, to problem-solve, to lead under pressure — is exactly what’s made Brice invaluable as he’s grown with us.
More Than a Title Change
During his time as President of both Tungco and Tungco Powder Procurement (TPP), Brice was instrumental in building one of the most specialized and trusted divisions in the tungsten recycling industry. TPP focuses on sludge and powder reclamation — a critical, technical segment that requires both precision and deep industry knowledge. Under his leadership, TPP has become a cornerstone of our global supply chain.
But his new role as Managing Director goes even further.
This isn’t just a new business card with a QR code. It’s a recognition that Brice’s influence extends across the entire Tungco ecosystem — from procurement and operations to strategy and culture. He’s not just managing a division anymore. He’s helping shape the future of the company, generation after generation.
